Missbrauch

Bevor ein Missbrauch gemeldet wird, bitten wir die folgenden Punkte zu lesen:

• Wir sind nur für den Inhalt der Seiten http://www.hoston.de verantwortlich. Für Seiten, die Sie über eine Subdomain erreichen, sind die jeweiligen Webmaster verantwortlich. Wir können diese nicht editieren. Wir können allerdings die Homepage komplett deaktivieren.
• Verantwortlich für den Inhalt dieser Seiten ist der entsprechende Ersteller, nicht HostOn.de! Siehe auch TMG §10 Speicherung von Informationen.
• Nachdem wir Kenntnis von dem Missbrauch haben, werden umgehend die notwendigen Schritte eingeleitet.
• Für eine Missbrauchs-Meldung benötigen wir:
  • Die Domain der Homepage.
  • Eine Begründung.
